Gas par ek pan mein tel garam karein.
Garam tel mein chopped vegetables daal kar saute karein.
Vegetables ko medium-high flame par cook karein, jab tak woh soft ho jayein.
Cooked vegetables mein lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, garam masala, aur namak daal kar mix karein.
Mix karein masalon ko 1-2 minutes tak, taki sabhi masale acche se combine ho jayein.
Gas ko band kar dein aur veggie filling taiyar hai.
Veggie Tacos ko serve karne ke liye tortillas ko microwave ya tawa par garam karein.
Har tortilla mein shredded lettuce or cabbage, veggie filling, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped cilantro, sliced jalapenos (agar istemal karna hai), aur lime wedges daal kar serve karein.
Tacos ko salsa, guacamole, sour cream, aur shredded cheese ke saath serve karein.
