For Manchurian Balls (मंचूरियन बॉल्स के लिए):

  • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped (बढ़िया, बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated (गाजर, कद्दुकस किया हुआ)
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, finely chopped (शिमला मिर्च, बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped (प्याज के पत्ते, बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced (लहसुन के कली, मिन्स्ड)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour (मक्के का आटा)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (मैदा)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (सोया सॉस)
  • Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
  • Black pepper to taste (काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार)
  • Oil for deep frying (तलने के लिए तेल)

 

For Manchurian Sauce (मंचूरियन सॉस के लिए):

  • 1 tablespoon oil (तेल)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced (लहसुन का पेस्ट)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced (अदरक का पेस्ट)
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (हरी मिर्च, बारीक कटी हुई)
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped (प्याज के पत्ते, बारीक कटा हुआ)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (सोया सॉस)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup (टमाटर केचप)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (सिरका)
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup water (मक्के का आटा जिसमें 1/4 कप पानी मिलाया हुआ)
  • Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
  • Black pepper to taste (काली मिर्च स्वादानुसार)

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Manchurian Balls banane ke liye, ek bowl mein chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped spring onions, minced garlic, corn flour, all-purpose flour, soy sauce, namak aur kali mirch ko mila kar ache se mix karein. Ab mixture ko balls bana kar rakhein.

  2. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur medium aanch par Manchurian balls ko golden brown hone tak deep fry karein. Fried balls ko tissue paper par rakh kar excess oil ko absorb karne dein.

  3. Ab Manchurian Sauce banane ke liye, ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green chilies, aur chopped spring onions daal kar sauté karein.

  4. Fir soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, namak aur kali mirch ko dal kar mix karein.

  5. Corn flour aur paani ka mixture daal kar sauce ko thick hone tak pakayein.

  6. Ab fried Manchurian balls ko sauce mein daal kar acche se coat karein.

  7. Veg Manchurian taiyar hai! Ise garnish karke serve karein aur enjoy karein!
