Manchurian Balls banane ke liye, ek bowl mein chopped cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped spring onions, minced garlic, corn flour, all-purpose flour, soy sauce, namak aur kali mirch ko mila kar ache se mix karein. Ab mixture ko balls bana kar rakhein.
Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur medium aanch par Manchurian balls ko golden brown hone tak deep fry karein. Fried balls ko tissue paper par rakh kar excess oil ko absorb karne dein.
Ab Manchurian Sauce banane ke liye, ek pan mein tel garam karein aur usmein minced garlic, minced ginger, chopped green chilies, aur chopped spring onions daal kar sauté karein.
Fir soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, namak aur kali mirch ko dal kar mix karein.
Corn flour aur paani ka mixture daal kar sauce ko thick hone tak pakayein.
Ab fried Manchurian balls ko sauce mein daal kar acche se coat karein.
