  1. 1 cup idli rice
  2. 1/2 cup urad dal
  3. 1/2 tsp methi seeds
  4. 1/2 cup palak (chopped)
  5. 1/2 cup paneer (grated)
  6. 1/2 onion (chopped)
  7. 1 small green chilli (chopped)
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger (grated)
  9. Salt taste ke hisaab se
  10. Oil zarurat ke hisaab se

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Urad dal aur idli rice ko alag-alag paani mein 1-2 ghante ke liye bhigo do.
  2. Methi seeds daal ke dono ko mixie mein grind karke smooth batter banao. Salt daal ke kuch ghante ke liye ferment hone do.
  3. Ek pan mein oil garam karo, jeera daalo aur tadka lagao. Onion daal ke sauté karo.
  4. Palak, paneer, ginger, green chilli aur salt daal ke kuch minute tak cook karo aur flame off kar do.
  5. Idli moulds ko oil se grease karo aur batter daalo. Upar se palak mixture daal do.
  6. Idlis ko 15-20 minutes tak steam karo.
  7. Stuffed Palak Idli tayar hai. Isse garam-garam chutney ke saath serve karo.
