Apne oven ko 200°C (400°F) par preheat karein.
Ek baking sheet mein tandoori sabziyan ek layer mein spread karein. Zaitoon ka tel daal kar, namak aur kali mirch chidak kar, sabziyan acche se mix karein.

Jab quesadilla pak jayein, tawa se nikal kar use ek minute ke liye thanda hone dein, phir usko wedges mein kaat lein.
