  • 1 cup poha (flattened rice), thick variety
  • 2 medium uble hue aloo (boiled potatoes), mashed
  • 1/2 cup mixed sabzi (carrots, matar, beans), finely chopped aur blanched
  • 1 chhota pyaz (onion), finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch adrak (ginger), grated ya paste
  • 1 hari mirch (green chili), finely chopped (apne swaad anusar)
  • 2 bade chammach hara dhaniya (fresh coriander leaves), chopped
  • 1/2 chammach jeera powder (cumin powder)
  • 1/2 chammach amchur powder (dry mango powder)
  • Namak (salt), swaad anusar
  • 2 bade chammach tel (oil), cutlets shallow fry karne ke liye

Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Poha ko ek strainer mein daal kar achche se wash karein. Phir use 5-7 minute ke liye alag rakh dein, jab tak woh soft na ho jaaye.
  2. Ek bade mixing bowl mein mashed aloo, soft poha, blanched mixed sabzi, chopped pyaz, grated adrak, hari mirch, hara dhaniya, jeera powder, amchur powder aur namak mila lein.
  3. Saari cheezon ko achche se mix karke ek dough jaisa bana lein. Dhyaan rahe ki sab kuch evenly combine ho jaaye.
  4. Ab is mixture se chote, gol ya lambe cutlets ka shape dein. Aap apni pasand ka koi bhi shape de sakte hain.
  5. Ek non-stick pan mein tel garam karein medium heat par. Tel jab garam ho jaaye, toh cutlets ko pan mein rakhein.
  6. Cutlets ko dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak shallow fry karein. Har side ko pakne mein 3-4 minute lag sakte hain.
  7. Jab cutlets crispy ho jaayein, toh unhein absorbant paper par nikal lein taaki extra tel nikal jaaye.
  8. Garma garam Poha aur Sabzi Cutlets ko apni favourite chutney, jaise hari chutney ya tomato ketchup, ke saath serve karein.
