Mutton ko ek mixing bowl mein daal kar, marination ke liye dahi, adrak-lassan ka paste, laal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Mutton ko marinade mein acche se coat karein aur use kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye refrigerate kar dein.
Gas par ek pressure cooker mein tel garam karein aur usme ghee daal kar garam karein.
Ghee mein jeera, tej patta, kali mirch, laung, badi elaichi, aur choti elaichi daal kar unhe thoda bhunein.
Ab pyaaz daal kar use golden brown hone tak saute karein.
Adrak-lassan ka paste daal kar use bhunein jab tak raw smell na chala jaye.
Tamatar ki puree daal kar use naram hone tak pakayein.
Ab mutton ko pressure cooker mein daal kar acche se mix karein.
Mutton ko medium-high flame par bhunein jab tak woh acche se sealed ho jaye.
Bhune hue mutton ko acche se mix karein aur use ek boil aane tak cook karein.
Pressure cooker ko band kar dein aur mutton ko slow flame par pakayein jab tak woh tender aur fully cooked ho jaye.
Mutton cooked ho jane par garam masala aur chopped hara dhania daal kar acche se mix karein.
Laal Maans ko serve karne ke liye naan, roti, ya chawal ke saath serve karein.
