Ek bade bartan mein tel garam karein aur usme zeera, dalchini, laung, hari elaichi, badi elaichi, aur tejpatta daalein. Masale ko chabaane de taaki tel mein unki sugandh aaye.
Pyaaz daalein aur halka sa brown hone tak pakayein.
Tamatar daalein aur masale daalkar mix karein - haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, aur namak.
Machhli ko dahi ke saath milayein aur thodi der ke liye marinade karein.
Dahi mein pudina aur kothmir ko mix karein.
