Method / Preparation

Follow step-by-step instructions
  1. Boiled aloo ko mash karo.
  2. Moongfali powder, dhaniya, hari mirch, adrak paste, sendha namak aur kali mirch powder mix karo aur mixture tayar karo.
  3. Mixture se chhoti balls banao aur cutlet ka shape do.
  4. Kadhai mein tel garam karo aur cutlet ko golden brown hone tak fry karo.
  5. Farali Katlet tayar hai. Isse dahi ya chutney ke saath serve karo.
