Mutton ko ek mixing bowl mein daal kar, marination ke liye dahi, adrak-lassan ka paste, lal mirch powder, haldi powder, dhania powder, garam masala, tel, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
Mutton ko marinade mein acche se coat karein aur use kam se kam 2 ghante ke liye refrigerate kar dein, taki flavors acche se absorb ho jayein.
Gas par ek heavy-bottomed pan ya kadhai mein tel garam karein.
Garam tel mein marinated mutton ko daal kar use medium-high flame par brown hone tak cook karein.
Mutton ko achhe se bhunein taki woh acche se sear ho jayein aur acchi texture aaye.
Jab mutton acche se cooked ho jayein, use pani daal kar dhak dein.
Mutton ko dhak kar slow flame par pakayein, jab tak woh tender na ho jayein aur pani sukh jaye.
Pakaye hue mutton ko fork se acche se shred karein.
Carnitas Tacos ko serve karne ke liye tortillas ko microwave ya tawa par garam karein.
Har tortilla mein shredded carnitas, chopped onions, chopped cilantro, sliced jalapenos (agar istemal karna hai), aur lime wedges daal kar serve karein.
Tacos ko salsa, guacamole, sour cream, aur shredded cheese ke saath serve karein.
